After two months since we finished the seminar, we are working on the evaluation and we would like you to contribute to this final issue just by stopping for a short while and having a look at yourself and your enviroment.

Find attached the "on arrival evaluation form" in your email inbox and please answer all the questions (if any of them you don't know the answer, those ones related to your organisation, we would appreciate a lot if you, manage to find them). Anyway, if you don't manage to find the answers, just tell us so.
Once it is completed, please send it back to me as soon as possible (deadline: 30th october 2011)
